14-day returns
Eligible items can be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.
Sealed filters
Replacement filters must remain sealed and unused for hygiene and performance reasons.
Card refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original credit card.
Items that cannot be returned
- Opened, installed or used replacement filters.
- Products damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, water exposure, impact or unapproved repair.
- Products missing accessories, manuals, serial labels or original packaging.
- Items purchased outside climasaudi.com.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number, product name, reason for return and clear photos of the product and packaging. Wait for return instructions before sending any item back.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are processed to the original credit card. Bank settlement timing depends on the card issuer and payment network. Shipping fees for change-of-mind returns may be non-refundable unless required by applicable rules.
Warranty support
Warranty coverage follows the manufacturer warranty terms for the specific product. For troubleshooting, warranty assessment or replacement support, contact us with your order number, model name, serial number and photos or video showing the issue.
