These Terms of Service apply when you browse climasaudi.com, place an order, contact support, submit a review or use any ClimaSaudi service connected to the website.

We sell air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, replacement filters and related accessories. Product descriptions, CADR values, room coverage, filter lifetime and specifications are presented for comparison and shopping guidance.

Air quality products are consumer appliances unless the manufacturer clearly states another classification. The website avoids health promises and does not replace professional advice.

Prices and payment

• Prices are displayed in SAR.
• Prices are shown in SAR and include Saudi VAT at 15% where VAT applies.
• The available payment method is secure card payment through a payment gateway, including Mada-enabled Saudi debit cards and major credit/debit cards.
• Alternative methods such as offline payment, bank transfer, wallets, instalments or buy-now-pay-later are not currently available.
• Promotions and coupon codes apply only under the conditions shown at checkout.

VAT, invoices and compliance

Where required, invoices and order documents may include Saudi VAT information at the applicable 15% rate, payment status, delivery address and product-level order details. Customers who need business invoice details should contact support before or immediately after placing the order.

Commercial registration and VAT identifiers should be configured in production once the operating entity details are finalized, so the website, invoices and merchant feeds remain consistent.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation email means we have received your order. The order is accepted when payment is approved and the order is prepared for dispatch. We may cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, the price was clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified or fraud prevention checks fail.
