Delivery is available across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Makkah and Madinah.
Riyadh same-day
Same-day delivery can be selected for Riyadh orders placed before 3:00 PM when available.
Card checkout
Orders are confirmed after secure Mada or card payment approval.
Estimated delivery timing
- Riyadh: same-day when available for orders placed before 3:00 PM, otherwise 1-2 business days.
- Jeddah, Dammam and Khobar: typically 1-3 business days.
- Makkah, Madinah, Jubail and other Saudi cities: typically 2-5 business days depending on courier route.
- Remote areas may require additional time.
Shipping fees
Orders above SAR 50 ship free when the free-shipping rule is active at checkout. Orders below SAR 50 show the current flat shipping fee in the checkout summary before payment.
Order processing
Orders are processed after Mada or card payment is approved. You will receive order confirmation and tracking information by email when the parcel is handed to the delivery partner.
Delivery issues
If tracking is delayed, the package is damaged or the address needs clarification, contact [email protected] with your order number. We may ask for photos of damaged parcels before arranging a replacement or return.
